CLOUD DESIGN BUILD LLC was founded in 2021 by JAMES J CLOUD with a passion and love for interior design and beautiful aesthetics.

In 2021, while redesigning her home, James discovered her passion for wall covering. With her entrepreneurial spirit and marketing background, she opened a showroom to explore the endless possibilities of wall covering. Since then, cloudcarter.com has grown into a trusted leader in the wall covering and window treatment market in Florida and beyond.
